hello everyone! this week has been good for me!

Tuesday : English SA1, i think i really screwed up, but i hope that by doing my best, it will account for something. Praise God!

Wednesday : Chinese SA1, im not very dissapointed that chinese this time, but its not perfecr yet, gotta work hearder, but i know i did my very best, did well!

Thursday : Labour Day. Had math tuition in the morning, then met Zhi hao to study at kovan, left at 5.30 to meet mom! Went to VivoCity for Marche, and shopping! bought 5 new shirts and one pair of pants. WOOHOO

Friday : Maths and SS exam, screwed up as well, Math was kinda tough, but manageable, SS, i did extra questions! so its not that good either, hope for the best! i Know i did my best!

Saturday : Met Ben Neo for studying, then makan, Service started and we seperated, had games, in which i really enjoyed myself. we left church after at about 7 for dinner at KFC, Evan's friend, whom i cant remember her name, is really tall, and poked fun at my ugly pimply face! HAHA, i'll get her sometime! Perhaps her ONE-sided dimple. After that, hang-ed out and talked to ken soh, went home and talked on the phone for awhile, and then slept.

SUNDAY(YES!!!) : woke up really early to prepare for ushering, im an usher for main service, working for GOD! i think i did quite well, or at least reasonably well. except for a few hiccups here and there. after ushering for both services, we had lunch and ushering training, in which i almost fell asleep!

After ushering training, we left for some dessert at the nearby market, i had chendol! woohoo! but i left early to prepare for the Soccer match.

Living Sanctuary Brethren Church Soccer Squad VS Old Victorians Alumni (OVA, i didnt know what the "A" stood for, so im just guessing!)

we played pretty well, we conceded two goals in the first half, but we put in some younger players, replacing our older members, that was where the game became more steady. We pulled back one goal, courtesy of our team discipline master, Richard, with a wonderful header that left the goalkeeper bewildered. the first half ended.

second half started with me playing as a striker. early in the game, READ HERE! i was elbowed by one OVA member! i remember the feeling man, like, damn wierd cos my lips were cut by my teeth. i was taken off for a few moments to wash my wound, so i just took my bottle and washed the wound and went on. but uncle francis got me back and made sure that my bleeding stopped before i went back.the wound was quite deep and the bleeding didnt stop for quite sometime, but i iced it and went back on. i was quite angry cos like, for nothing, i get elbowed, but the man apologised and i just left it.

i was very unsteady at first, cos i wasnt used to the game yet. i kept on falling back to hold the defence a little bit here and there, did quite well, at least i thought so. i was marking the really experinced and fast striker, he was not chinese definitely, and i really couldnt keep up well with an old man! i was like, "difficult to mark you ah"
he replied," then dont mark la!" haha!

he was like, a little taunting me here and there, but it wasnt like, "enemy-taunt" sort of thing.

so i took it in, the game played on with us trailing 2-1.

richard took the ball deep into their half and gave a cross, the cross was picked up by a OVA defender, whom i pressured,and he lost the ball! right outside the penalty area! i took the ball, and measured my timing, drew my right leg back... and Forced the ball passed the Goalkeeper. i just had enough time to see the ball pass the keeper, and i celebrated with a few punches into the air, i felt quite Vengful, not really happy maybe cos i was elbowed, BUT WHO CARES!took hi-fives from my team mates and continued.

and the rest, is history... we lost 3-2 after that, i left the field so that my other team mate can play. and then it got really dark. and we conceded the goal...
man........

but im happy with myself, because i overcame the early obstacle of injury and bloodshed to score a goal and show to the OVA members that LSBC people are hard and tough!

haha! im just happy that i scored a goal la, if i went back home without a goal and an injury, i'd be angry. so i guess, the goal made the injury worthwhile.

the match was at Victoria School, Marine Parade area, so as i passed the area, i guess most of you could probably guess how i felt, hmm..... losing a bunch of people, doesnt really help in life, but i guess actions are what define one's life.

my right calf feels sore, my left hip feels dislocated, my left wrist feels fractured, and now, my mouth has a really deep cut... DAMN!

sports has its backlashes, but i still feel that only losers stay at home and do stuff that are not vigorous, sweat it out like a true man,or sportsmen like me will definitely look down on some of you. and i dont mean to put down anyone! work hard on the pitch!
