Currently Listening to " The Battle Of Jericho"

starts with a slow opener with the clarinets and euphoniums.

slowly moves into the actual battle itself with the the brasses blasting.

then, a wierd small medley, as if for dances, linking it to " victory ", a slow part.

after victory will reach a CLIMAX, with the horns leading the band. and when. a sudden change in yet another wierd dance

sax, flute and clarinets playing it. leading the brasses.

the next phrase is held by the lower brasses. showing of the poweress of the band and the army.

a oboe solo arrives next.

the trumpets come in with POWER! then. the whole song slows to signal the ending of the song.

the clarinets and brasses leading the band.

solo flute comes in....

clarinet.....

oboe....
the horns and euphoniums...

the band plays a comfortable chord. and ends with an echo.

okay.

went to church after band prac. which was fine.

at church, my cell had extra members! woohoo.

haha. okay. after church, Dexter, Kenn Gwee, Kenn Soh, Clarissa, Ming Ting and I went for dinner. Kenn Gwee and Ming Ting got Clarissa Chocolates as an extremely belated birthday gift. haha

after that, clarrisa had to go home. and the rest of us went back to church instead to study. i read my " Exorcist, The Beginning " book. which is not really that interesting so far. i guess i'll have to read it twice.

at church. they studied while i read my book. then i saw dexter's videos. haha

helped Ming Ting with " To Kill A Mockingbird "

yeap.

after that i left to meet my family for a movie. " 881 ". quite nice

haha.
